1/ Position: Events & Conferences Manager Roles: With comprehensive regional know-how and experiences to provide flexible and professional event management services to our clients, from small meetings to major conferences and exhibitions; we manage all forms of events: Tasks: To facilitate smooth and successful event organization, candidate will possess the skills and resources to completely organize, plan and coordinate any event, from concept to post-event follow up, whatever the scale, whatever the requirements. The services in details: DEVELOPING ON EVENT CONCEPTUALIZATION Based on the requirements of the client and the nature of the project, QB I.A.C Co., Ltd will assist in the conceptualization of the event to ensure the maximum impact to the delegates and fulfill the objectives of the event. SEEKING FOR SPONSORSHIP Sponsorship campaign advisory Develop ideas for sponsorship and advise on suitable sponsorship packages Maximize sponsors' exposure to target audience through promotional material, appropriate acknowledgements, and signage Identify potential sponsors and sell sponsorship packages Prepare contract and information kit Sponsors recruitment Manage sponsorship payment

Tasks: To follow up Pre-Event Management as below: Drafting and proofreading of invitation correspondence Prepare evaluation form Development of floor plan Prepare briefing notes for speakers and master of ceremony Brainstorm ideas for premiums and source for suppliers Liaise with speakers, sponsors to obtain biographical information, travel and accommodation requirements Confirmation and follow up with the invited media and guests, RSVP Manage advanced online registrations and follow up with registration fee Maintain regular contact with speakers, sponsors and vendors Manage travel and accommodation of speakers Deal with enquiries regarding the event Distribution of marketing materials and conference publicity Compile and organize delegate packs

Tasks: PREPARING ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT Prepare and control planning schedule to meet client’s requirements Monitor critical deadlines, liaising continually with client Overall project coordination and management of event including conference plenary, break-out sessions, media briefings and exhibition showcase

Income: Net Salary+Commision (3%-5% revenue)+Bonus (5%-10% profit for Team work) 4/ Position: Designer & Creator Roles: Main jobs will focus on ARTWORK AND PRODUCTION Coordinate graphic design and production of all artwork promotional materials to client specifications (letterheads, notices, brochures, folder, envelop, agenda, tickets, stage backdrop, name badges, banners and signage) Collateral design and production Source printer and coordinate print jobs for on time delivery Design, update and manage event website Source for competitive prices from suppliers for satchels, gifts, awards, souvenirs, plaques and other conference accessories and monitor the quality and ensure on time delivery.
Tasks: To work closely with some suppliers at the location of events or conferences A/V EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT Professional equipment handling Audio, Visual, Lighting and Staging Audio/Visual equipment setup, control and rehearsal Coordinate and supply technical equipment Provide on-site technical management Provide on-site rehearsal Coordination with venue, audio/visual and F&B providers to ensure service standards

Mutual Benefits: All of our Staff will receive income depends on position & roles with range of level salary from at least 200 USD up to 1,500 USD plus allowance for Business Mission (2%-10% commission), Team Work Bonus (5%-10% profit) and Quarterly Income (will receive on 30/4, 2/9, 31/12 and Lunar New Year) for permanent staff with Employment Agreement at least 1 year.
